The electric oven has 11 cooking functions, including pizza function and fast-preheat.
The hob options: 4 gas burner (dual fuel) or 4 zone induction (electric).
Dual Fuel: The four gas burners in brass including a dual-ring power burner giving anything from a delicate low simmer to full power.
All Electric: Induction top with four heating zones, including booster feature, one bridge zone, pot detection and residual heat indicator for each zone.
The Rully packs a punch well above what its 70cm width would suggest. A large 73-litre oven sits below the wide 26-litre electric oven and grill, while a choice of three hobs offers the power and versatility of Lacanche hob cooking. The Rully is an ideal range cooker where space is a premium.

The 60 cm range cookers offer all the same remarkable engineering quality and cooking performance as the larger range in the Bertazzoni Master Series. The electric oven has eleven cooking functions, from convection, baking and roasting to warming. These range cookers have the options for four gas burners (dual fuel) or four induction rings (electric) including one dual-ring power burner.
Even the smallest Lacanche is still modelled on a bona-fide professional range and is a powerful and versatile machine. The Cormatin accommodates a large 73-litre oven and pan storage drawer, with a powerful, versatile Lacanche hob. The Everhot 60 was the first model, and was immediately successful when it was launched over 40 years ago, and has an enduring and broad appeal which is especially popular for homes where space is at a premium.
Being so compact you might expect some compromise but nothing could be further from the truth. With it’s two large ovens, cast iron hot and simmering plates and integral grill, the Everhot 60 has the capacity of many of it’s larger compactors.
The Everhot 60 fits neatly into a standard 600mm wide cooker space. With no flue or reinforced floor needed, installation is easy and non-disruptive. What's more, despite its compact proportions, it has spacious top and bottom ovens, four-saucepan hot and simmer plates and even an integral grill - a rare feature on equivalent ranges.
This model requires the controls to be placed outside of the appliance, a cupboard alongside the cooker being the usual choice. Being so compact you might expect some compromise, but nothing could be further from the truth. Yes it is small, but it’s also perfectly formed.
Installation is incredibly straightforward since neither flue nor re-enforced floor is needed and it simply plugs into a 13 amp socket.
